Our ‘Little Blue’ apartment is a 1 bedroom 1 bath studio located in beautiful, historic Italian Village, Short North. This 2nd floor carriage house apartment is located in the rear of a custom home vacation rental that we endearingly call ‘Big Blue’. The 375 Sq Ft apartment, with its own private entrance, is the perfect space for a quiet getaway. The layout includes the living room area, dining/desk area and kitchen. Experience this super cozy dwelling nestled in the prime Short North and located just 0.6 miles from the Convention Center or 1.6 miles from OSU.
The kitchen comes equipped with basic necessities to cook a decent meal (electric 2 top burner, microwave, air fryer, pots, pans, plates, glassware etc.) and has some basic cooking staples (olive oil, salt and pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, etc.). We provide a Mr. Coffee machine and Folders coffee too.
Open living space with living room, laundry, Kitchen and dining or desk area. The living room has comfortable seating and a smart TV (no cable service).
The bathroom is shower only. We provide an iron/iron board, plenty of towels, washcloths, a hair dryer, body soap, and shampoo/conditioner. Q-Tips too!
The apartment has a private laundry closet with a washer and dryer on the 1st floor of the garage.
FREE on-street parking for 1 vehicle- we will provide you with a parking pass. If you have more than one vehicle please inquire directly. Additional on-street parking is $3/day guest parking pass.
Private fenced backyard includes a lounge and dining seating area. Please note this space is shared with vacation rental guests from the house.
