This custom built home was designed for entertaining. The first floor includes includes the kitchen & living room in one connected space- perfect for dinner parties, bridal showers, and gatherings. Please inquire directly if you would like to host a special event; an additional fee applies starting at $150 and will vary depending on the event. All special event details must be approved prior to stay.
Main living area includes a living room, kitchen and breakfast nook. The living room has plenty of seating and has cable TV.
The brand new kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all things needed to cook a large family meal (pots, pans, plates, glassware etc.) and has some basic cooking staples (olive oil, salt and pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, etc.). We provide a Mr. Coffee machine and coffee too.
The adjoining kitchen table can seat 5 guests in addition to the dining seating another 6 people in the formal dining area.
FREE Off-street parking for 3 vehicles for this unit in SPACES 1, 2, & 3 ONLY. Space 0 is reserved for the basement apartment.
House has a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
We provide an iron/iron board, plenty of towels, washcloths, a hair dryer, body soap, and shampoo/conditioner. Q-Tips too!

• Bedroom 1, Master: 1 queen bed plus 1 twin bed in a small adjoining room, 2nd floor
Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed, 2nd floor
Bedroom 3: 2 queen beds, 2nd floor
Bedroom 4: 2 queen beds, 1st floor

PLEASE NOTE:
There is a basement apartment and some sound can travel through the floor. We ask that all guests keep noise to a minimum after 10PM. If you have a large group, please consider renting the basement apartment as well.
